Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition, and in the original packaging. Items that cannot be returned include:

– Perishable goods
– Intimate or sanitary products
– Hazardous materials
– Flammable liquids or gases
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software
– Certain health & personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may apply if:
– Books with obvious signs of use
– Opened media items
– Damaged or incomplete items
– Returns after 30 days

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are credited automatically to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

Sale items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded.

Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items. Email us at neeylaaclothing@gmail.com.

Gifts
Gift returns may be credited to you as gift certificates.

Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
